Welcome to RotaPayPro. Because we process sensitive financial and tax code data, our architecture is fundamentally designed to protect your privacy. All primary payroll engines and tax calculations are executed locally on your device.

2. The Data We Process

To provide forensic accuracy, the application processes:

• Financial Configurations: Tax codes (including K-codes), NI categories, Student Loan thresholds, and pension contribution rates.
• Operational Data: Shift patterns, hourly rates, standby fees, and leave balances (used for Bradford Factor logic).
• Identity & Tech Data: Basic account identifiers required for App Store subscription validation.

3. On-Device Execution

Your shift impact analysis, cumulative tax progression, and overtime buffers are calculated natively utilizing the processing power of your iPhone. We do not harvest your salary data for third-party advertising.

4. Contact & Account Deletion
