This policy explains what data RotaPayPro processes when you use the iOS app and this website (www.rotapaypro.co.uk). The app is designed as a local-first operational tool for rota, payroll, payslip, and leave workflows.

2. Data You Enter In The App

RotaPayPro can process the operational data you choose to enter, including:

• Shift records (dates, times, shift type, notes, adjustments).
• Payroll configuration (tax code, NI category, pay basis, pension and student loan settings).
• Leave and TOIL records, outgoings, and generated payslip configuration fields.

In the current architecture, this data is stored on-device by iOS local storage frameworks used by the app.

3. Data Sent Over Network

The app may make limited network requests for reference data and support workflows:

• Public rates/threshold and bank-holiday reference updates used by payroll logic.
• Support emails when you contact us.
• Standard website/server access logs generated by hosting infrastructure when visiting this site.

4. What We Do Not Sell

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run in-app advertising SDKs in the current product version.

5. Retention & Control

• You control most operational app data directly within your device and app settings.
• Support emails are retained for service and audit history.
• Website/server logs are retained according to hosting and security operations needs.

6. Security

RotaPayPro includes device-level security options such as PIN and biometric lock modes. You remain responsible for device security controls (passcode, OS updates, and backup security).
