1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the RotaPayPro app or website (www.rotapaypro.co.uk), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Licence
Subject to these Terms, RotaPayPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal or business rota/payroll planning workflows.
3. Operational Responsibility
RotaPayPro provides calculation and planning tooling. You are responsible for verifying final payroll, tax, and compliance outcomes before submission or payment. Calculation outputs depend on the accuracy of user-entered data.
4. App Store & Payments
The app is distributed via Apple platforms and Apple terms may also apply. If paid features or purchases are offered, billing and renewals are handled through the App Store under Apple billing rules.
5. Availability & Changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RotaPayPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss arising from use of the app or website.
