1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or utilizing the RotaPayPro application or website, you agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the software.
2. Financial Calculation Disclaimer
While RotaPayPro utilizes highly sophisticated cumulative HMRC tax engines and complex overtime algorithms, the application is strictly an estimation and management tool. It does not replace professional accounting advice. We accept no liability for discrepancies between our algorithmic output and official HMRC documentation.
3. Subscriptions and Access
Access to the full suite of forensic payroll features requires an active subscription managed exclusively via the Apple App Store. Payments are charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active billing period.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, RotaPayPro shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of earnings or data incurred directly or indirectly via the use of our software.
